While a program like Artemis article submission software is great for automated article submission to e-zine mailing lists by automated e-mail, there are some websites that you may want to, or have to, submit articles to manually.

A list of web sites to submit to is necessary.  I am compiling a list of websites to submit articles to, and also a list of sites to submit links to.  These all require entering your contact information and the article or link manually into forms on someone's website.  Below are listed my web sites that use the James D. Brausch Munius article submission software format and the Relusi link exchange software format.
