Support by James D. Brausch for his e-commerce products is sorely lacking.  If, due to inadequate documentation or software "issues" that he refuses to acknowledge, you contact him too often, you will find yourself "fired" as a customer as I have been.

Brausch seems to think that showing a three-minute video of the Windows desktop and Notepad, typing non-specifics into Notepad, accompanied by some chatter, takes the place of actual user documentation for his products.  Far from it. 

But, hey, a video takes a lot less time (which he brags about and recommends) than generating the few pages for an actually useful pdf document to accompany the video to help get users up to speed.

While I am not a guru programmer, I know my way around HTML, PHP, and Visual Basic to some extent.  But obviously not in the area of e-mail templates.  And I cannot expect any help from Brausch.  This is too bad, not just for me, but for you as well if you are not a e-commerce technical guru, as he does seem to have some interesting e-commerce products and ideas.

If James D. Brausch had decent customer support, I could wholeheartedely recommend his e-commerce products to anyone.  As it stands, I can recommend his e-commerce products to only the really technically savvy.

Anyway, if you can steer me to, or provide template methodology for, Artemis Pro "external" and "template" templates for e-commerce article submitting to one's own e-mail list, let me know.  I'd be happy to trade one of my programs, or some hacks to and/or comments relating to Brausch Munius and Relusi php scripts, for that information.
